We were delighted to work with this lovely family of five to transform the ground floor of their Bramhall home. The brief was clear: bring in more natural light, create open and connected family spaces, and upgrade the home’s essential services — all while minimising disruption to their daily life.

Key features of the project included:

• A new single-storey rear extension
• A modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area
• Herringbone Karndean flooring for a stylish, durable finish
• New windows installed throughout
• Full heating system replacement
• Complete electrical rewire
• Reconfiguration of existing layouts
• Full plastering, fresh paintwork, and new carpets

Despite the extensive work, the family remained in the home throughout the build, so we took extra care to keep things tidy, safe, and as un-disruptive as possible.
